Like it says, syrupy and smooth... this is why they teach the coffee geeks to blend! Not acidic at all and drinkable all morning long, if BJ (Bongo Java) sold only this blend they'd STILL be successful! "Charbucks" should carefully study this product for what coffee is supposed to taste like. Speaking of that national chain, when you get a chance look at some of their beans - all twisted and misshapen, grade B or C if they grade beans by shape at all. Prolly due to the fact their coffee plantations are watered by the runoff from some third-world chemical factories. Now look at the perfectly shaped BJ beans. Resplendent in their fresh-roasted sheen, each perfectly formed and ready to hop into the hot tub that is your coffee maker and yield the most savory satisfying cup you can imagine!
